Text Message Terms

These terms cover the text messages (SMS) that Procon E&C GA Inc. (“PROCON E&C,” “PROCON,” “we,” “us”) sends from hub.proconus.com: PROHUB, our operations app for PROCON employees, and our subcontractor and crew portal.

What we send

We send two kinds of text messages, and only to people who agree to receive them:

Verification codes. One-time codes so subcontractors and crews can sign in to the portal. We send a code only when you enter your own mobile number and ask for one.
Work notifications. Short messages about your work on PROCON job sites. For subcontractors and crews, such as a reminder that today’s daily report or clock-out is missing, a notice that you were approved for a project, or a notice that a document you sent was accepted or needs to be redone. For PROCON employees, such as a request to sign off on a subcontractor’s daily timesheet, an approval waiting for you, or a reminder about a missing daily report or time entry.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

Subscribers opt in via hub.proconus.com to receive messages from PROCON E&C.

Verification codes (powered by AWS Notify): on the sign-in page you enter your mobile number, check the consent box and choose “Send code.”
Work notifications: subcontractors and crews in their portal profile, and PROCON employees in their PROHUB profile, enter a mobile number and check a separate box to receive work notifications by text. The box is never checked for you, and you can save your profile without it. You can turn notifications off in the same place, or reply STOP.

Message frequency varies. Work notifications are usually no more than a few messages a week.

Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
