What PROCON manages on site
01
ConstructabilityWe resolve field interface issues before they turn into schedule delays.
02
Room IntegrityWe control joints, penetrations and transitions in critical spaces.
03
Trade CoordinationWe coordinate ductwork, cable tray, sprinklers, controls and utilities above the ceiling as one.
04
Turnover QualityWe organize punch lists, documents and closeout records so turnover to the owner is complete.

01 | Cleanroom & HVAC
Chemical and bio cleanrooms, ceiling first
Setting out and the floor track come first; the walkable ceiling is hung next, and the wall panels are set in the track and fixed to the ceiling. Doors, flush windows and pass-throughs go in, and above-ceiling MEP and terminal HEPA housings are installed from the walkable deck. Rooms are labeled ISO 8, ISO 7 and CNC only. Typical sequence; it varies by system and project.

01 | Cleanroom & HVAC
HVAC is a core system in bio and pharma plants.
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, HVAC directly controls contamination and keeps the production environment stable.

PROCON HVAC / MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
AHU, ductwork, supply, return, exhaust and equipment ventilation installation
HEPA terminal installation, room pressure and TAB support, controls interfaces
Temperature, humidity and pressure control checked early against ceiling, electrical, fire and process work
BIM/VDC to cut clashes and rework in dense MEP zones above the ceiling
In bio and pharma facilities, build quality and the start-up schedule depend on precise coordination between HVAC and architecture, electrical, fire protection, controls and process equipment.
PROCON ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION, INC. | Pharma & Biotech Cleanrooms08
02 | Electrical, Controls & Low-Voltage
Reliable power for mission-critical manufacturing
We deliver electrical work as one package built around process equipment, HVAC, control systems and operational readiness. PROCON holds a Georgia Electrical Contractor license (Class II, Unrestricted), and our own crews do the work.

Testing, turnover for energization and startup support
Key differentiatorPROCON turns owner and equipment-vendor requirements into U.S. field electrical work.
PROCON ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION, INC. | Pharma & Biotech Cleanrooms09
05 | BIM / VDC
Our edge: we run BIM in-house and remove construction errors before they happen
We are not just an installer. We use BIM to review architectural, electrical, HVAC, fire protection and equipment interfaces in advance, and carry that work through to field installation.

Why it matters on bio and pharma projects
Ductwork, cable tray, piping, sprinklers, lighting, HEPA units and equipment connections are packed above the ceiling. BIM coordination is the main tool for cutting rework and field clashes and for keeping the schedule dependable.

ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND | Team experience prior to PROCONBefore PROCON was founded, members of our team built the TissueGene lab in Rockville, MD, and learned the local coordination and approval steps it takes to start a project there. That shortens the path from early planning to field work on bio and pharma projects in the area.

Compliance & Safety
Safety is not a box to check. It is a standard we never compromise.
Every worker is required to complete OSHA 10 training and every foreman OSHA 30. A dedicated Safety Manager who has completed OSHA 500, the construction trainer course, runs oversight, training and enforcement company-wide. Every worker is drug-tested and verified through E-Verify. We have deep experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs, Davis-Bacon (DBA) projects and certified payroll through LCPtracker.
