PROCON E&C
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Procon E&C GA Inc. (“PROCON E&C,” “PROCON,” “we,” “us”) operates proconus.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information.
1. Information we collect
Inquiry form. The forms on our home and Contact pages ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number and message. We collect only what you enter.
Email and phone. If you contact us at info@proconus.com or by phone, we receive your contact details and whatever you send us, including any résumé you email.
Vendor registration. Vendors register on a separate portal we operate at hub.proconus.com, not on this Site. There we collect company and contact details, Form W-9, certificates of insurance and banking details for payment. We use this information only to register your company, pay you and keep the records our contracts and the law require.
Job applications. The apply buttons on our Careers page take you to our application page on Rippling, the recruiting platform we use. Your application reaches us through Rippling, and Rippling’s own privacy policy also applies to how it handles your information.
Brochures. If you open a company brochure that requires an access code, we set a cookie for 30 days to remember the code and keep a simple access log (time, brochure version and IP address).
Links we send. If you open a brochure link we sent you, we may record when you opened it, which pages you viewed and whether you downloaded the PDF. We use this only to follow up on your inquiry.
Text messages. If you sign in to our subcontractor portal (hub.proconus.com) with a mobile number, or if you are a PROCON employee or a subcontractor who opts in to work notifications in your profile, we collect that number and a record of your consent to receive text messages (the time and the consent wording). We text you one-time verification codes and, if you opt in, work notifications. No mobile numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Messages are delivered through Amazon Web Services (AWS End User Messaging). AWS does not share end user phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Text Message Terms.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the server that hosts the Site records your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of each visit. To prevent spam, we also keep a value derived from the IP address that submits the inquiry form for one hour.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about bids, estimates and projects
- To register vendors, process payments and keep contract and compliance records
- To review job applications and contact applicants
- To operate and secure the Site and prevent spam and misuse
- To meet our legal obligations
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not give it to others for their advertising.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The Site uses only cookies it needs to work:
- Session cookies (such as PHPSESSID), set by our website software (Rhymix) to serve pages and process form submissions. They expire when you close your browser.
- A language cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Korean.
- A brochure cookie that remembers an access code for 30 days, if you used one, or the link we sent you, if you opened one.
- Analytics cookies set by the analytics service described below.
The Site also uses your browser’s local and session storage for display settings, such as whether you have already seen the opening animation. This does not identify you.
Analytics. We use a website analytics service to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors move through them. The service may set its own cookies. We use the results only to improve the Site, not for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some code libraries from content delivery networks (jsDelivr and cdnjs). When your browser requests those files, those services receive your IP address and browser information.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed in these cases:
- With service providers that work for us: website hosting, email (Microsoft 365), recruiting (Rippling), text messages (Amazon Web Services), website analytics and our internal business systems. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, court order or a lawful request from authorities
- To protect our rights, property or safety, or to prevent fraud
- As part of a merger, acquisition or other transfer of our business
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond and to handle any work that follows. We keep vendor and hiring records for as long as the relationship or hiring process continues, and afterward for the periods tax and employment laws require. Server logs are deleted on our hosting provider’s schedule. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it unidentifiable.
6. Security
The entire Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal information to employees who need it for their work. Tax and banking details are collected through the vendor portal and are never requested by email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond, and if the law requires us to keep certain records, we will tell you. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of under the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” provisions. The categories, sources, purposes and recipients described in this policy are our notice under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Because the Site does not track you across other websites, it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.
Georgia and other states. We are based in Georgia. If the law where you live gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor requests made under that law.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. Links to other sites
The Site links to other sites, such as Rippling and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
