- What have you built in battery plants?
- At LGES Georgia in Ellabell we delivered the battery plant's complete IT data center and server room, including electrical, for the plant's construction contractor: switchgear, busway, UPS, a dry-type transformer, cable tray, grounding, server-room lighting and facility monitoring, plus the room's partitions, epoxy floor and CRAC units. We installed HVAC ductwork at the HL-GA battery plant in Ellabell, and we provide BIM coordination for LGES Arizona.
- Have you worked at automotive plants?
- Yes. At Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America in Ellabell, Georgia we installed window, door and skylight systems for the exhibition building. For automotive and EV plants we offer the same self-perform scopes we use elsewhere: electrical, low-voltage systems, HVAC and envelope.
- Can you hook up power for production equipment?
- Yes. At the Qcells plant in White, Georgia we are hooking up power for dust collector equipment: disconnects, feeders and final connections. We check each requirement against the drawings, run the feeder, set the disconnect and make the final connection.
- Do you build battery dry rooms?
- We do not list dry rooms as completed experience. Dry room design, low-humidity performance and dehumidification equipment belong to the dry room specialist. We can carry the electrical, low-voltage, HVAC ductwork and envelope scopes around the room and coordinate the interfaces.
- Do you work under OCIP/CCIP programs and certified payroll?
- Yes. We have deep experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs, Davis-Bacon (DBA) projects and certified payroll through LCPtracker. Every worker is drug-tested and verified through E-Verify.
