low-voltage systems
PROCON E&C covers the full low-voltage scope: communications, instrumentation, controls and security. We deliver it turnkey, from project management and system design through programming, testing and turnover, or we install to the GC’s or integrator’s design. Our own PMs, engineers, programmers and field crews do the work inside active fab, battery and process plant sites.

LOW-VOLTAGE WORK WE HAVE BUILT
Each line is the scope we actually built on that job.
WHY PROCON
About PROCON →One integrated team
Cleanroom architecture, electrical and controls, HVAC, AMHS, and equipment setting and hook-up under one contract.
Fewer interface gaps, no finger-pointing between trades, fewer delays. →
Self-perform workforce
About 110 people, with work-authorized W-2 crews from PROCON group companies, so PROCON controls mobilization and schedule.
Digital project delivery
In-house BIM resolves clashes before installation, and our own project management platform logs site activity the same day.
Clients see site status the same day and get closeout documents faster. →
COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ.
- Who installs access control and CCTV on large fab construction sites?
- PROCON E&C does, with our own crews. We install CCTV, access control, gate and guard-booth card readers, intrusion detection and intercom on active semiconductor fab and battery plant sites, and at the SK hynix Indiana fab site we are installing gateway fiber links, guard-booth card readers and tower-crane speakers. For CJ Foodville in Gainesville, Georgia, we delivered the full physical security and network package.
- Do you provide turnkey low-voltage design-build or install-only?
- Both. Turnkey is one contract covering project management, system design and engineering, procurement, installation, configuration and testing, and turnover, carried out by our own PMs, engineers, programmers and crews. Install-only means we build to the GC's or integrator's design and work with their engineers through loop checks and turnover.
- Can you program PLC/DCS and HMI?
- Yes. Our programmers write PLC and DCS control logic, build HMI and SCADA screens, configure I/O and run functional testing with the owner's operators before turnover. We also build and install the control panels.
- What does your low-voltage scope include?
- Communications (fiber backbone, structured cabling, IDF/MDF rooms, Wi-Fi access points, PA and intercom), instrumentation and controls (field instruments, instrument tubing, I&C cable tray, control panels and loop checks), and security (CCTV, access control and intrusion detection). Fire alarm and utility service are by others; we coordinate those interfaces.
- Where do you work?
- Across the United States. We are headquartered in Buford, Georgia, have project experience in 16 states, and hold electrical and general contractor licensing across multiple states, including a Georgia Electrical Contractor license (Class II, Unrestricted) and a Georgia Commercial General Contractor license.
- How do you handle safety (OSHA 10/30/500, EMR, drug testing, E-Verify)?
- Our policy is OSHA 10 for every field worker, OSHA 30 for foremen and OSHA 500-level training for safety managers. Our EMR is 0.92, and we run drug testing and use E-Verify.
