At MGC Pure Chemicals America in Killeen, Texas we install and wire tank field instruments and expand the control panel inside an operating chemical plant. The same job includes a mezzanine handrail and exterior crossover stairs.

Do you install switchboards and transformers?

Yes. For KoMiCo's Phase 3 expansion in Texas we are installing the main switchboard and transformer and the feeders between them.

Can you program the PLC/DCS as well?

Yes. Our programmers write PLC and DCS control logic, build HMI and SCADA screens, configure I/O and run functional testing with the owner's operators before turnover. We also build and install the control panels.

What stays with other contractors?

Utility service and fire alarm are by others. We set equipment and hook up its piping, power and instrumentation.
